With the rise of COVID-19 infection rates around the world and in Egypt, we must remain diligent in adhering to all safety precautions recommended by local and international health authorities. Every member of our community must do his or her part.
The following are reminders of key guidelines to help us in keeping one another and our community safe.
Keep yourself and others protected by strictly following these guidelines:
Physical (Social) Distancing
– Avoid close personal contact or greetings.
– Always maintain a physical distance of at least six feet apart from others.
– Attendance cannot exceed 50% of the conference halls’ capacity.
– In case of reaching the maximum capacity, please join the sessions through the webinar link sent to you.
Hygiene
– Wash your hands/apply hand-disinfection products available around the venues.
– Use paper handkerchiefs and promptly dispose them.
– Avoid touching eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands.
– Avoid sharing common supplies such as pens and notebooks.
Masks
– Wear a face mask that completely covers your mouth and nose to help protect yourself and others.
– Change your mask (if disposable) every 4 hours.

– If necessary, seek immediate medical attention.
